There are different interpretation to those brief sentences on our Fed Const. Different lawyers would give u different views. Our society needs more open debate on this.
While listending to different opinions of the experts, we as citizens of the country, should involves ourselves in those debates and shouldn't just let the lawyers take our right to interpretation of the Fed Const.
On the issue of forming a new govt via defection, my colleague Fei gather those different opinions and wrote this:
